Gerald C. Ricketts serves as division president for Kaman Precision Products. With more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Mr. Ricketts is an industry expert in operations and engineering, LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma practices, program management, and product design and development.

Examples of the latest technology that differentiates Kaman from competitors include the new digiVIT advanced digital variable impedance transducer, which features a self-tuning bridge that can work with nearly any sensor and any conductive target.
The improved ThreadChecker™ non-contact application-specific sensor recently released was designed to provide rugged, reliable verification of thread presence or absence in nearly any electrically conductive material.
